(CBS News) Carey Mulligan is now a married woman.

The actress, who earned an Oscar nomination for her role in “An Education,” married Mumford & Sons singer Marcus Mumford on Saturday, Us Weekly reports.

The pair reportedly exchanged vows at a farm in Somerset, England, in front of about 100 guests, including Sienna Miller, Colin Firth and Jake Gyllenhaal.

Mumford, 24, and Mulligan, 26, got engaged in August 2011, according to Us Weekly, after five months of dating.

Mulligan’s other movie roles include “Shame,” “Drive” and “Wall Street: Money never Sleeps,” which also stared her former beau Shia LaBeouf. the couple split in October 2010.

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) – A jury on Wednesday found Edwin Ramos guilty of three counts of first-degree murder for the fatal shooting of a father and his two sons in San Francisco in 2008 but deadlocked on whether he actually fired the shots.

Ramos, 25, an alleged MS-13 gang member, was accused of killing Anthony Bologna, 48, and his sons Michael, 20, and Matthew, 16, on June 22, 2008, near Congdon and Maynard streets in the city’s Excelsior District.

Following a trial in San Francisco Superior Court that started in January, the jury deliberated for a week before returning with a verdict Wednesday afternoon.

Ramos was found guilty of the three counts of first-degree murder with special circumstances including gang enhancements, that there were multiple murders, and that the murders were willful and premeditated.

He was also convicted of attempted murder because another son, Andrew Bologna, was in the family’s car but escaped injury in the shooting. Andrew testified during the trial that Ramos was the shooter and the only person he saw in the car.

However, the jury deadlocked on whether Ramos was the one who actually fired the shots. he had testified during the trial that he was driving his car from which another man, Wilfredo “Flaco” Reyes, shot the Bolognas.

The jury also deadlocked on a count of conspiracy to commit murder. Those counts were dismissed by the prosecution.

As the verdict was read, Danielle Bologna, the wife and mother of the victims, sobbed audibly and pointed to pictures of her slain family members that she had placed on the bulletproof glass separating the courtroom from the public seating area.

Bologna spoke to reporters following the verdict, expressing her gratitude for the resolution to the case.

“I feel like a huge thing has been lifted off my shoulders,” she said. “I’m sure they’re up there dancing right now.”

She said of the pictures, “I needed them to be there because it was about them. It’s part of closure for us and a new beginning for our lives.”

Danielle remains in protective custody with Andrew Bologna and a daughter who is not being named to protect her safety.

Ramos initially remained stoic while the guilty pleas were read but began wiping his eyes with a tissue as each juror was polled about their decision on the verdict.

His attorney, Marla Zamora, released a statement following the verdict.

“We are surprised that the jury could not agree on whether mr. Ramos actually fired the gun, yet chose to convict on first-degree murder,” Zamora said.

“Justice has not been delivered to the city of San Francisco nor the victims so long as the killer, Wilfredo Reyes, is still on the streets,” she said.

District Attorney George Gascon held a news conference following the verdict along with Assistant District Attorney Harry Dorfman, who prosecuted the case.

“Few cases have captivated the attention of so many people … in our community,” Gascon said.

“I believe we can all be relieved today that justice has been achieved,” he said.

Dorfman said, “This was a long, hard road, I have lived with this case for over three years … I’m grateful, I’m happy, I’m relieved.”

He said following the verdict, he discussed with the jury their deadlocking on whether Ramos was the one who fired the shots.

“They acknowledged they had plenty of discussion on the point … that they could not reach a unanimous agreement that he was the trigger man in the case,” he said.

“But the rest of their verdicts and the rest of their findings made crystal clear what they did understand, that this was a gang retaliation murder, planned and carried out with multiple victims.”

When the verdict was read, the courtroom was filled to capacity, mostly with family members and friends of the Bolognas, some of whom wore white shirts that said “FINALLY JUSTICE IS SERVED” on the front of them.

Lorraine Kennedy, the sister of Anthony Bologna and aunt to his sons, said, “This justice today will not bring my family back, but it helps a little.”

The deaths of the Bolognas gained national attention because of San Francisco’s sanctuary policy, which shielded undocumented juveniles suspected of crimes from being reported to federal immigration agents.

Ramos, who remained in the U.S. on an expired visa from El Salvador, was never reported to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials despite multiple contacts with police as a juvenile.

Ramos is scheduled to return to court for sentencing on June 4. he faces a maximum sentence of life in prison without the possibility of parole.

Did Jessica Simpson gain too much weight during her pregnancy? Did Victoria’s Secret model, Alessandra Ambrosio not gain enough weight? Did Beyonce lose her post-baby weight too quickly? Plenty of people think they have the answers just by looking at them and judging their appearance pre- and post-baby. But what are the real health concerns and medical guidelines for pregnancy weight gain?

On behalf of women everywhere who may be feeling pressured to have the perfect body while pregnant and fit back into those skinny jeans a few weeks later, we set out to get answers from a qualified professional–instead of snarky media headlines. We consulted with Dr. Myra Wick, a OB/GYN from the Mayo Clinic to get the real scoop on healthy pregnancy weight gain and weight loss. take a look at what she had to say:

In your opinion, why are people so fascinated by how much weight celebrities like Jessica Simpson gain during pregnancy?

I think it’s just like anything else with celebrities–we’re interested in who they’re dating, what they look like, what they’re wearing…it’s part of the whole celebrity thing and our fascination with them. when looking at their bodies during pregnancy, people just need to be careful because these celebrities are likely to have trainers and people preparing their food for them–things that most people don’t have.

What really is the normal or healthy amount of weight to gain during pregnancy?

It really depends on your BMI, and that is something that people can easily calculate with their weight and height.

• If you are underweight with a BMI under 18.5, the normal pregnancy weight gain is 28-40 pounds.
• If your BMI is normal and between 18.5-24.9, the normal weight gain is 25-35 pounds.
• For women who are overweight with a BMI of 25-29.9, their weight gain would be less with 15-25 pounds being healthy.
• For obese women with a BMI over 30, their recommended weight gain is 11-15 pounds.

And for those who are morbidly obese with a BMI over 40, the guidelines state they should only gain six to 11 pounds, if anything at all; if they don’t gain any weight during pregnancy, there aren’t any ill effects with the baby. these guidelines were originally developed more for underweight women to protect the baby.

So if a woman is out of her recommended range, does that mean she is going to make herself or her baby unhealthy?

Not necessarily. as long as she’s eating a healthy diet, she’s probably not going to do anything to make herself or her baby unhealthy. the thing we worry about is excessive weight gain which can cause gestational diabetes or a larger baby which could result in a c-section or trauma to the bottom during delivery.

At what point is a woman putting her baby in danger because of weight gain?

There’s not really a specific point. there have been some studies that have shown that childhood obesity may be linked to maternal obesity and larger babies though. And we know that childhood obesity can lead to cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes. Some of that could be lifestyle too, and not just the amount of weight the mother gained while pregnant. there was at least one recent study that also linked excessive weight gain during pregnancy to autism, but we need additional studies to verify that data. the best solution is to have women start their pregnancy at a healthy weight. Obesity can be linked to infertility or miscarriages, so we like to recommend that women who are overweight lose the weight first.

What about the stress of all this pressure to weigh the right amount –should there even be weight guidelines during pregnancy, or should women just listen to their bodies and do what feels right for them?

I think it’s a good idea to try to follow the guidelines if you can. Women can get support from dieticians who can help with portion size and healthy diets. We also encourage exercise during pregnancy to stay healthy and avoid gaining too much weight that is outside of these guidelines.

What about losing that weight after giving birth? what is the correct and “normal” time frame here?

I would caution women that celebrities have personal trainers, personal chefs and people who can babysit while they’re working out three hours a day, so they aren’t always realistic role models. But in general, about half of the baby weight is lost by six weeks, while the rest is lost at 6-12 months. Some of that depends on how much weight was gained though. for example, if a woman gained 50 pounds, she’s going to have a harder time. It’s just like any other weight you gain–it’s easier to put it on than take it off. That weight gain is not just from the baby, but it’s in our breasts, uterus, placenta, amniotic fluid, increased blood and fluid volume, and fat stores.

Is it unhealthy that so many celebrities and models tend to lose their post-baby weight so fast?

Generally, probably not. there are some studies that have shown that even if a woman is breast feeding, the energy intake would have to be extremely reduced to affect milk production. But if trying to lose the weight too quickly is making the mom stressed, anxious or lacking energy, that’s a bad idea all around. also, depending on your skin, losing weight too quickly can affect your skin tone with sagging and flabbing if the connective tissue is looser. also, if women lose too much weight or body fat and become too thin, they could have trouble getting pregnant in the future.

Ultimately, what do you want women to know about pregnancy weight gain and weight loss?

Try to follow the guidelines of weight gain based on your BMI. That’s the most important thing. And eat a healthy balanced diet. if there are questions, sit down with a dietician and figure it out. if you have a healthy weight gain, it’s going to be easier to lose the weight. Don’t pressure yourself to think you have to be at your pre-pregnancy weight at your 6 week post-baby visit. And remember, when you pick up Glamour magazine and see women who are flawless, those photos are just setting unrealistic expectations.

Willie’s 2008 album, “Moment of forever.”  Nelson’s 2009 release, “Naked Willie,” features new versions of songs he originally recorded between 1966 and 1970.  Willie’s 2010 album, “Country Music,” was produced by Grammy-winning artist T-Bone Burnett.  his new album, “Heroes,” is due out on May 15.  It features covers of classic Country songs and new original material written by Willie and his son Luke Nelson.  Guests include Jamey Johnson, Sheryl Crow, Ray Price, Merle Haggard, and Snoop Dogg, among others. Country star Tim McGraw turns 45 on May 1.  Born and raised in Louisiana, he’s the son of the late major league baseball player Tug McGraw.  Tim arrived on the Country scene in 1992.  his early hits include “Just To see you Smile,” “My Next Thirty Years,” “It’s your Love,” a duet he recorded with his wife Faith Hill, and “Bring on the Rain,” a duet with Country singer Jo Dee Messina.  McGraw and Hill married in October 1996.  Their family includes daughters, Gracie, Maggie and Audrey.  Tim’s many industry awards include the Country Music Association’s (CMA) Male Vocalist of the Year honors in 1999 and 2000.  He was named the CMA’s Entertainer of the Year in 2001.  Tim shared his first Grammy Award with his wife for their 2001 chart-topping duet, “Let’s make Love.”  in 2002, his touring band, the Dancehall Doctors, joined Tim in the studio for the first time to record “Tim McGraw & the Dancehall Doctors.”  the album sold three million copies in the U.S. and included the hits “Red Rag top,” “Watch the Wind Blow by,” “She’s my Kind of Rain” and “Real good Man.”  U.S. sales of Tim’s 2004 CD, “Live Like you were Dying,” surpassed four million copies.  in 2006, Tim appeared in his third motion picture, “Flicka.”  in 2007, he starred opposite Jamie Foxx and Jennifer Garner in “The Kingdom.”  Tim’s 2007 album, “Let It go,” became his ninth release to debut at Number one on Billboard’s Country Albums chart.  in 2008, Tim appeared in Reese Witherspoon and Vince Vaughn’s holiday-themed romantic comedy, “Four Christmases.”  his also starred in the “The Blind Side” with Sandra Bullock and “Country Strong” with Gwyneth Paltrow.  Tim’s new album, “Emotional Traffic,” is his final studio project for Curb Records.  on June 2, Tim and his longtime friend, Country singer Kenny Chesney, will kick off their co-headlining “Brothers of the Sun” tour.  Their new duet, “Feel Like a Rock Star,” recently debuted on the Country chart at Number 13.  This week, it’s up to Number 12.  Tim ranks one space higher at Number 11 with his latest solo hit, “Better Than I used To be.”  May 1 marks the birth date of the late Kate Smith (born 1907).  Smith began her career as a popular radio and television star.  she is best remembered, however, for her recording of Irving Berlin’s “God Bless America,” which made her a national patriotic symbol.  the Philadelphia Flyers hockey team was so inspired by the recording that they substituted it for the National Anthem to open their games.  Smith died on June 17, 1986 of respiratory failure at age 79.  On May 2, Lou Gramm, former lead singer of the British American rock band Foreigner, will celebrate his 62nd birthday.  Foreigner’s 1977 self-titled debut album spawned three chart hits and brought the group international stardom.  in 1984, the group recorded its first and only Number one single, “I want To Know What Love is.”  in 1995, Foreigner released “Mr. Moonlight,” its first studio album in eight years.  in 1996, Lou Gramm was diagnosed with a brain tumor.  Surgery to remove the tumor was successful.  in 2002, Foreigner celebrated its 25th anniversary with a concert tour and anthology, “Their Complete Greatest Hits.”  a DVD of the tour was released in 2003.  That same year, Gramm left the band to pursue a solo career.  Kelly Hansen replaced him as Foreigner’s lead singer.  in 2009, the Lou Gramm Band released its self-titled debut Christian rock album.  May 3 marks the birth date of “The Godfather of Soul” James Brown (born 1933).  a pioneer of soul music, he formed his first vocal group, the Famous Flames, in 1955.  ten years later, Brown recorded his first top 10 single, “Papa’s Got a Brand new Bag,” which was followed by his biggest hit, “I Got you (I Feel Good).”  in 1986, Brown was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.  his fourth “Live at the Apollo” collection was released in 1995.  the following year, he was among the headliners at the Summer Olympic musical festivities in Atlanta, Georgia.  the Atlanta chapter of the National Academy of Recording Arts & Science presented Brown with a 2003 Heroes Award.  the honor is given to those who make creative contributions to the community.  Brown died on December 25, 2006 from complications of pneumonia.  On May 4, former ‘N Sync member Lance Bass celebrates his 33rd birthday. ‘N Sync arrived on the pop music scene in 1998 with a self-titled album that sold more than 10 million copies and produced four Number one singles.  the group’s second release, “No Strings Attached,” sold more than 11 million copies in the U.S. and was followed by ‘N Sync’s third and final album, “Celebrity,” in 2001.  Lance trained at the Russian Space Agency Training Center in 2002 hoping for a seat aboard the Soyuz spacecraft.  It was scheduled to leave for the International Space Station in October of 2002.  Bass was dropped from the program when he couldn’t meet the 20-million-dollar payment deadline.  in 2006, Lance made headlines when he publicly announced that he’s gay.  his 2007 autobiography, “Out of Sync,” made the new York Times best Sellers list.  the book offers “a behind-the-scenes look at the music industry, the struggle with his sexual identity as a celebrity and his decision to publicly come out.”  in 2008, Lance was a celebrity contestant on “Dancing with the Stars.”  He and professional dance partner Lacey Schwimmer placed third in the competition. Country singer Randy Travis will turn 53 on May 4.  At age 10, the North Carolina native began singing with his brother’s band.  four years later, Travis made his professional debut performing in local clubs.  his big break came in 1985, when Randy signed with Warner Brothers Records and recorded the album “Storms of Life.”  among his numerous Number one hits are “Diggin’ Up Bones,” “Forever and ever, Amen,” “Hard Rock Bottom of your Heart,” and “Look Heart, No Hands.”  in 1998, Randy signed with DreamWorks Records and recorded the album, “You and you Alone.”  He released a bluegrass/gospel album called “Inspirational Journey” in 2000 and won two Gospel Music Association Awards for the project.  Randy’s next three inspirational albums, “Rise and Shine,” “Passing Through” and “Glory Train,” each won Dove Awards for Country Album of the Year.  “Glory Train” also won a Grammy Award for best Southern, Country or Bluegrass Gospel Album.”  his latest mainstream Country collection, “Around the Bend,” was released in 2008.  None of its three singles charted.  Randy shared the 2009 best Country Collaboration Grammy with Carrie Underwood at for their duet version of his 1988 Number one hit, “I Told you so.”  Randy is currently performing concerts throughout the U.S. on his 25th anniversary tour.  Chris Brown’s self-titled CD on May 5, R&B singer Chris Brown will turn 23.  the Virginia native was only 16 when he recorded his self-titled debut album.  the album produced the Number one hit “Run It!” and has sold more than two million copies in the U.S.  Brown’s second Number one single, “Kiss Kiss” was included on his second album, “Exclusive.”  in 2009, he made headlines after pleading guilty to assaulting his then-girlfriend, singer Rihanna.  Brown was sentenced to six months of community service and five years on probation.  Brown’s 2010 album, “F.a.M.E.,” became his first Number one debut on the Billboard 200.  his next album, “Fortune,” will be out on July 3.  British singer-songwriter Craig David will celebrate his 31st birthday on May 5.  Craig made his American debut in 2001 with the album “Born To do It.”  the set sold seven million copies worldwide and spent 60 weeks on the Billboard 200 chart.  his 2002 follow-up, “Slicker Than your Average,” debuted on the same list at Number 32, but quickly fell off the chart.  2008’s “Trust Me” was Craig’s final Warner Music release.  in 2009, he signed a new deal with Universal Records.  Craig’s latest album, “Signed Sealed Delivered,” was released in 2010 only in the U.K.  the collection features his covers and samples of soul hits.  May 5 marks the birth date of the late Country singer Tammy Wynette (born 1942).  known as the “First Lady of Country Music,” she left her native Mississippi and moved to Nashville in 1966.  Wynette recorded a string of Number one songs throughout the late 1960s and 1970s, including “D-I-V-O-R-C-E,” “I Don’t Wanna Play House” and “Stand by your Man.”  in 1993, she teamed with Dolly Parton and Loretta Lynn to record the album, “Honky Tonk Angels.”  Wynette’s 1995 release “One,” teamed her with ex husband George Jones.  the album also reunited the Country legends for their first concerts together in 17 years.  in April of 1998, Wynette died unexpectedly of a blood clot in her lung.  she was posthumously inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame during that year’s Country Music Association Awards.  in 2002, her daughters agreed to an out-of-court settlement in their lawsuit against their late mother’s physician, Dr. Wallis Marsh of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  They accused Marsh of contributing to Wynette’s death by over-prescribing large quantities of painkillers.  No details of the settlement were disclosed.  Awards Presentations/Winners:APCarrie Underwood leads the nominees for the 2012 CMT (Country Music Television) Music Awards.  she received five nominations, including Video of the Year and Female Video of the Year for her current hit, “Good Girl.”  Miranda Lambert follows with four nods, two for her solo work and two as part of her new trio Pistol Annies.  Triple nominees include Jason Aldean, Lady Antebellum, Rascal Flatts, Blake Shelton, Taylor Swift and Thompson Square.  the 2012 CMT Music Awards will be presented on June 6 in Nashville.  (Full list of nominees available at cmt.com.)
